We are actively seeking value-added opportunities both in and around the New York City metro area as well as nationwide. We have experience investing in various asset classes and geographies. We invest our own capital in addition to syndication from our investor relationships. Our experience and flexibility allow us to participate in every level of the capital stack and execute quickly on opportunities.

We also look to form strategic partnerships and Joint Ventures with local operators across the country to accumulate portfolios of real estate investments by providing programmatic capital.

LENDING AND DEBT SOLUTIONS

We provide a full range of capital solutions, including senior, mezzanine, and note financing, in all asset classes of commercial real estate. We also purchase non-performing notes across the United States.

We syndicate capital for our lending programs by leveraging relationships with both traditional and non-traditional lenders, including local, regional, and national banks; institutional and agency lenders; private lending funds; and other finance firms. We provide certainty of execution and can close transactions quickly regardless of size, location, or complexity.
